Well, coming tomorrow, actually. Lara and I (in a fit of productive and positive thinking) challenged each other to a 31-day blogging meme. As July has the requisite number of days, we’re going to be kicking the whole thing off tomorrow, July 1st. I, naturally, picked the Movie meme (with which I have a few issues I’ll be sure to write about), and Lara is going to be doing one on television. I invited Richard to join in, and he probably will, but for the ridiculous schedule he’s on for the next two weeks. I’ll link to him if/when there is content on his shiny new WordPress blog. Lara’s will be here, so go and see.
This all sounded like fun, and it shall be. However, not being one to do anything by half-measures (or, as some would say, never one to do things the simple way), I decided that this whole thing called for a change of content management systems and a re-design of the entire site. These sorts of things always seem like a better idea when I’m in the planning stages of them, though, and I’m now worn-out from having done it. If you’re here reading this, you can see the new layout and that it’s got a funky style-switcher that changes the color-scheme randomly with each page load. I can, and most likely will, change this to either randomize with each browser session, or give you the ability to choose which you like best yourselves. Feel free to vote on this or give whatever comments you like (please remember that one of my favorite words is “stunning,” and that I’m a sensitive soul). I’ve got it set to change with each refresh right now because I’m still de-bugging this sucker, so I apologize if it’s irritating as hell.
It’s not finished, but it’s getting there, and I’m happy with it. The gallery is coming soon, and… the Overheard page is up and shall be updated by the end of tonight. Sadly, there are proportionately few new quotes for the past two years, but there promises to be some amusement.
So, watch this space! ;)
Looks fabulous, naturally. And I’m thrilled you’re updating your blog with fun stuff…Excuse #937 to not work on AD-type things.

P.S. Your spam protection involves math? MATH?
Always here to excuse you from work, dearie. :)
And math, yes; when it comes to aesthetics, it’s far, far more pleasing than those icky captcha images. It’s all about the presentation, baby. And, well… it’s the kind of math that even *I* can do.
:)
